Reopened — merged as a hollow scaffold, not an implementation. The merge brought only the .anima/wip triage marker. The custom CloudNativePG image baking AGE + pgvector does not exist in this repo: .forgejo/workflows/ci.yml mentions CNPG/postgresql only in comments, charts/akh-medu/values.yaml references a stock pgvector/pgvector image (not a custom bake), and there is no CNPG/AGE Dockerfile or build job. As the title notes, this is a "homelab-side dependency" — the real image bake belongs in the infra/homelab repo and was never produced here. Recorded in docs/ai/2026-06-02-scaffold-merge-audit.md.
