Anima WI: 019dc599 — project Akh-Medu (019d9844-ce74-7993-a9f0-c953b8f04a4e). Reactivate this WI (reset current_phase → agent-ready) for the anima-triage cycle; this Forgejo issue is the human-readable mirror.

Fresh tracking issue. PR #65 was merged as a hollow scaffold (only .anima/wip/019dc599.md, zero code) and cannot be reopened (Forgejo marked it merged).

Status: unimplemented. ADR 049 (docs/ai/decisions/049-relocatable-akh.md) is Proposed; plan in docs/ai/plans/2026-04-25-phase38-relocatable-akh.md. The engine is still redb + oxigraph(SPARQL) + HNSW — no relocatable/akhomed.facts/WAL/sea-orm/AGE code in src/.

Scope to build (per ADR 049 rollout):

38a/b: WAL layer on top, Postgres optional (no boot-path change)
38c: snapshots → same-host crash recovery
38d: Apache AGE projections — project akhomed.facts into a Cypher-queryable graph (akhomed_kg) as an external read view (no-op when AGE unavailable)
38e: Postgres-first boot path behind a config flag
38f: workspaces as Postgres rows (multi-Akh sharing)
38g: cross-host playbook + CI harness

Depends on a Postgres+pgvector+AGE deployment (see #228). Audit: docs/ai/2026-06-02-scaffold-merge-audit.md.
