Anima WI: 019dc614 — project Akh-Medu (019d9844-ce74-7993-a9f0-c953b8f04a4e). Reactivate this WI (reset current_phase → agent-ready) for the anima-triage cycle; this Forgejo issue is the human-readable mirror.

Fresh tracking issue. PR #67 was merged as a hollow scaffold (only .anima/wip marker) and cannot be reopened.

Status: the custom CNPG image does not exist in this repo. .forgejo/workflows/ci.yml mentions CNPG/postgresql only in comments; charts/akh-medu/values.yaml references a stock pgvector/pgvector image; there is no CNPG/AGE Dockerfile or build job.

Scope: produce a CloudNativePG-compatible Postgres image with pgvector + Apache AGE extensions pre-installed, published to a registry, and referenced from the helm chart. Per the original title this is a homelab-side dependency — it likely belongs in the infra/homelab repo, not akh-medu; this issue tracks the akh-medu-side wiring (chart values + docs) once the image exists. Blocks #227 (Phase 38 AGE projections). Audit: docs/ai/2026-06-02-scaffold-merge-audit.md.
