Release-gated. Wave R4 of the akh-medu bring-up UX HANDOFF (effort akh-medu-bringup-ux). Depends on Waves R1–R3.

Scope

  • akh doctor: strictly read-only; 7 sections in dependency order; ✓/✗/⚠ + remedy lines; exit codes 0/1/2; --json; useful even when the daemon is down; onboarding wizard stage 1 consumes it.
  • Seeds: fail-closed at birth, degraded-but-visible on re-open; akh seeds status|apply as top-level verbs.
  • Errored-akh lifecycle: fail-closed akhs surface as POWER_STATE_ERRORED; akh wake is the retry (no separate reload verb).
  • Stale help-text purge (enumerated list in the spec).
