Wizard track. Wave W3 of the akh-medu bring-up UX HANDOFF (effort akh-medu-bringup-ux). Blocked by Wave W2 (the wizard).

Scope

  • Procedural avatar floor: synchronous deterministic HyperVec-seeded SVG at birth (always exists); WebP ≤128 KiB @256×256 for renders; reuse Anima's avatar convention; workspace + PG storage.
  • "Being an akh" orientation skill ships for every newborn (KG, schema, memory/note tools, self-image self-edit tool) — the Orbit lesson: capabilities must be explained, not just wired.
  • OpenClaw archive import — "inherit the archive, not the mind": no bulk KG ingestion; the OpenClaw workspace lands in the Note/library system as read-only reference; the akh adopts memories deliberately (typed writes, origin: past-life); identity flows only through the ritual; skills re-authored via skill_author, never transplanted; re-import = refresh files, idempotent. Supersedes ADR 076's bulk journal→memory_write flow.
