Apply the 2026-10-15 operator rule to Anima's provider image installs: make opencode-ai@latest and @anthropic-ai/claude-code@latest explicit, require their --version commands to succeed, print the output, and retain it under /usr/local/share/anima/provider-versions/ in each image.

The runner publisher now uses Buildx with --no-cache-filter runtime and --load so a cached install cannot keep an old opencode release. Document --no-cache for standalone exec-claude builds and the image digest as the shipped artifact identity. No provider version assertions are introduced.

Validation: bash -n deploy/build/build-and-push-runner.sh and git diff --check pass; the installed Buildx supports stage cache filtering. Docker image validation is pending because the local Docker daemon is unavailable. No images built/pushed or workloads changed. Leave unmerged for the operator pilot.
