Anima WI: 019dc57a — project Akh-Medu (019d9844-ce74-7993-a9f0-c953b8f04a4e). Reactivate this WI (reset current_phase → agent-ready) for the anima-triage cycle; this Forgejo issue is the human-readable mirror.

Fresh tracking issue. PR #64 was merged as a hollow scaffold (only .anima/wip marker) and cannot be reopened.

Status (PARTIAL): the old continuous_learning ingest was deactivated (removed from the IdleScheduler::tick overdue array, src/agent/idle.rs:117; fields kept for one-line re-enable, with a comment "once a Seshat-mediated … ingester replaces this"). The Seshat-mediated RAG replacement ingester was never built.

Scope: implement the replacement — an idle-task ingester that pulls knowledge through Seshat's Archive (corpus + pgvector RAG, crates/seshat) instead of direct Wikipedia/Wikidata/ConceptNet fetches, and re-wire it into both the daemon and the TUI IdleScheduler. Audit: docs/ai/2026-06-02-scaffold-merge-audit.md.
