Anima WI: 019e2501 — project Akh-Medu (019d9844-ce74-7993-a9f0-c953b8f04a4e). Reactivate this WI (reset current_phase → agent-ready) for the anima-triage cycle; this Forgejo issue is the human-readable mirror.

Fresh tracking issue. PR #152 was merged as a hollow scaffold (only .anima/wip marker) and cannot be reopened.

Status: the generic event-calculus machinery exists (record_event / holds_at / src/agent/temporal.rs / simulate_actions), but the WI's specific deliverable — a set of seeded home-state fluents (e.g. tecton_home_awakened, home_integrated, …) with their initiating events and history — has no seed data or setup code in src/ or data/.

Scope: seed the home-state fluents + events for the tecton/home workspace so holds_at / fluent_history return meaningful home-infrastructure state. Audit: docs/ai/2026-06-02-scaffold-merge-audit.md.
